There are moments when things go wrong that make you feel hopeless, without direction, and numb.  Almost as if you had died or that you can’t imagine living in the same way.  I like to explore the option of rebirth.  I’m talking about an emotional rebirth where you decide to “kill off” some of the ways you have been in the past.  This is an opportunity to redefine yourself.  Who do you want to be?  Who can you be?
